2006 年 一月設立海華永安一廠3500坪工業地作為球化退火專業廠，初始啟用2套球化退火爐

January 2006 – Establishment of Yong-An 1st Plant, a 124,000 sq ft facility dedicated to annealing using two Bell-Type furnaces

2006 年 9 月橋頭廠通過ISO9001系統2000年版認證，證書號碼 9105037166

September 2006 – Ciato plant fully certified under ISO-9001

2006 年 12 月海華永安一廠再增加球化退火爐設備

December 2006 – Yong-An 1st Plant purchased and installed additional Pit-Type furnaces

2009 年 8 月海華永安一廠通過ISO9001系統2008年版認證 (號碼 01100822064111)

August 2009 – Hai Hwa Steel Works & Co., LTD Yong-An 1st Plant completes certification through ISO-9001

2010 年 12 月購置海華永安二廠2200坪工業地作為酸洗披覆表面處理專業廠

December 2010 – Hai Hwa Steel Works & Co., LTD further expanded to a 78,000 sq. ft. parcel as the site for the Yong-An 2nd Plant, specializing in pickling and phosphating of wire rod

2014 年 1 月海華永安一廠再增加球化退火爐，永安一廠及橋頭廠合計產能達到9000噸/月，海華公司增資登記資本額為一億三千萬元整

January 2014 – Yong-An 1st Plant purchased and installed additional Pit-Type furnaces, increasing combined production to 9000 metric tons per month. Registered capital increased to USD $4,300,000

2014 年 12 月購置海華三廠8000坪工業地作為伸線/盤元廠

December 2014 – Hai Hwa Steel Works & Co., LTD further expanded to a 284,000 sq. ft. parcel as the site for the 3rd Plant, specializing in wire drawing and inventory site

2016 年成立海雄鋼鐵公司資本額6千萬登記為海華鋼鐵子公司，海雄鋼鐵公司購入日本大同爐STC連續式球化爐1套金額一億兩千萬元，海華登記資本額增資為兩億一千萬元

2016 – Establishment of Hai Hsiung Steel Works & Co., LTD as a subsidiary of Hai Hwa Steel Works & Co., LTD. Initial capital of USD $2,000,000. Purchased and installed one set of Japanese Daido Steel Short Timing Cycle (STC) annealing furnace. Hai Hwa Steel Works & Co., LTD registered capital increase to USD $7,000,000

2017 年 10 月日本大同爐正式投產月產能為1000噸，同時海雄鋼鐵公司再購入伸線機，產能達到每月10,000噸

October 2017 – Daido STC furnace officially begins production of up to 1000 metric tons per month. Additionally, Hai Hsiung Steel Works & Co., LTD purchsed wire drawing machines with production capacity of 10,000 metric tons per month

2018 年 11 月擴建海華永安二廠為專業酸洗披覆廠，月產能為2.5萬噸，總投資金額三億五千萬元

November 2018 – Hai Hwa Steel Works & Co., LTD Yong-An 2nd Plant officially began production as a specialized pickling and phosphating plant with a monthly capacity of 25,000 metric tons. Total capital investment of USD $11,000,000

2021 年 6 月停止橋頭廠的登記並結束生產，同時海華一廠再增加大型球化退火爐取代橋頭廠產能，因此海華永安一廠合計產能達到每月10,000噸

June 2021 – Termination of the Ciaoto plant lease and production, transferring all production capacities to Yong-An 1st Plant

2022 年擴建海華三廠伸線產能，加蓋辦公大樓，總投資額為五億元整，於本年度海華公司與海雄公司其球化退火製成總產能達到每月10,000噸

2022 – Expansion of Hai Hwa Steel Works & Co., LTD 3rd plant wire drawing capacity as well as building of a new administrative building. Total capital investement USD $16,000,000. Total combined production capacity increased to 10,000 metric tons per month

2023 年完成海華鋼鐵有限公司2022年溫室氣體盤查與認證。預計在2024年1月收到正式認證。

2023 – Completion of the Hai Hwa Steel Works & Co., LTD, 2022 Greenhouse Gas Emission Inventory and Verification. Expect to receive the official certification in January of 2024.

2024 年計畫完成海華三廠擴建工程。正式收到 ISO 14064-1:2018 溫室氣體 Part 1盤查認證。

2024 – Expected completion of Hai Hwa Steel Works & Co., LTD 3rd plant. Received official certification for ISO 14064-1:2018 Greenhouse Gases: Part 1 in January of 2024.
