海華鋼鐵三廠是以後的海華鋼鐵總公司。 廠址位於高雄市路竹區民主路1號，居離高雄捷運RK4高雄科學園區站大約1公里處。海華鋼鐵三廠的主要功能是總行政部門，專業伸線廠，室內料廠與室外料廠。海華鋼鐵三廠預計在2023年底完工，2024年初開始運作。

Hai Hwa Steel Works 3rd Plant is currently under construction and will be completed by the end of 2023. Hai Hwa Steel Works 3rd Plant will become the new Hai Hwa Steel Works Headquarter, located in Kaohsiung City approximately 1 km from the newly proposed RK4 MRT (Kaohsiung Mass Rapid Transit) station. The new Hai Hwa Steel Works Headquarter will house the executive office building, a professional wire drawing facility, indoor and outdoor wire coil storage facilities.
